In this role, you drive SAP-based Finance transformation initiatives for automotive clients, shaping end-to-end SAP solutions and roadmaps. You’ll engage senior Finance leaders to translate business goals into actionable SAP-driven outcomes and lead cross-functional delivery teams. You will articulate SAP and AI-enabled finance strategies, oversee complex workshops, and steer large programs from design to go-live. Responsibilities

Engage senior Finance leaders to discuss business challenges and value from SAP solutions
Lead the development of SAP journey roadmaps and business cases, including sales origination and proposals
Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP, custom apps, and partner add-ons
Explain SAP Business AI strategy and identify where AI adds measurable value in finance processes
Advise, design, and deliver Finance solutions based on best practices and embedded innovation
Lead large project teams across global delivery to achieve transformational roadmaps
Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations to act as trusted advisor
Build assets and best practices to develop the next generation of transformation experts
Travel as required by client and business needs

Key requirements

Minimum 7 years as SAP Functional Solution Architect and Process Integration Lead with extensive Finance process knowledge in Automotive
Minimum 7 years of SAP projects supporting Automotive clients
Minimum 4 years experience with SAP Finance Integrations across cross-functional areas
At least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations with project planning and architecture experience for Automotive clients
Experience managing SAP delivery teams in Global Delivery Model including workshops, design decisions, build, test, cutover, and go-live in SAP Supply Chain
Prior advisory/consulting experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ years of work)
