As a SAP-focused Finance Transformation leader, you will shape end-to-end SAP-based financial solutions for global Consumer Goods clients. You drive advisory engagements, craft roadmaps and business cases, and lead cross-functional teams through complex transformations. This role offers high-impact projects with senior executives and a collaborative, innovation-driven culture. You will play a pivotal role in setting the roadmap for transformative finance programs at scale.

Responsibilities

Engage senior Finance executives to discuss business challenges and SAP-driven value
Lead SAP journey definitions via business cases and roadmaps, including during sales origination and proposals
Architect end-to-end Finance solutions utilizing SAP, custom apps, and partner add-ons
Explain SAP Business AI strategy and identify functional areas where AI adds value
Deploy AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and demonstrate value
Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions using industry and technology best practices
Lead large project teams to achieve transformational roadmaps, onsite or remotely
Maintain expert status by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations
Develop assets, thought leadership, and best practices for transformation experts
Travel as required based on business needs

Key requirements

Minimum 7 years as SAP Functional Solution Architect and Process Integration Lead in Finance and Supply Chain for Consumer Goods
Minimum 7 years SAP projects for Consumer Goods clients (no SAP support/managed services only)
Minimum 4 years in SAP Product Costing, Intercompany Transactions, Financial & S&OP integration, Manufacturing and cross-functional areas
At least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations with project planning and solution architecture
Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model, including design decisions, build, testing, cutover and go-live
Prior advisory/consulting experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Associate degree with 6 years of experience acceptable)
