In this role you drive SAP-based finance transformation programs for top clients, shaping end-to-end SAP solutions and roadmaps. You’ll collaborate with senior finance executives, translate goals into actionable outcomes, and lead multinational delivery teams. You’ll articulate SAP’s Business AI strategy and enable AI-driven improvements in project delivery. This role blends architecture, advisory, and hands-on delivery to deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

Engage senior finance leaders to discuss challenges and value of SAP solutions
Lead SAP journey definition, including business cases and roadmaps, across sales origination and client proposals
Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom apps, and partner add-ons
Explain SAP Business AI capabilities and identify areas where AI adds value
Guide deployment of AI use cases within SAP delivery to boost efficiency
Advise and deliver Finance solutions using best practices and embedded innovation
Lead large project teams, driving transformational roadmaps on-site or remotely
Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations to act as a trusted advisor
Build assets/best practices and mentor transformation experts
Occasional travel as required by client needs

Key requirements

7+ years as SAP Functional Solution Architect and Process Integration Lead with Finance process knowledge in Aerospace & Defense
7+ years SAP project experience for Aerospace & Defense clients (no SAP support/managed services substitution)
4+ years experience with SAP Finance Integrations across cross-functional areas
3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with project planning, estimation, and solution architecture
Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model, including workshops, design decisions, and go-live activities in SAP Supply Chain
Prior advisory/consulting experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12+ years of work)
Additional: willingness to travel 0-100% preferred
