As SAP Finance Senior Manager, you will lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and deployment of IT platforms that underpin our global finance processes. You’ll shape the platform strategy, drive innovation, and manage partnerships and hosting models to meet business needs. You’ll champion automation, DevOps, and self-service to improve services and delivery. You’ll partner with stakeholders on roadmaps and business cases, while developing the IT capabilities and ensuring policy compliance. This role blends finance and technology leadership in a global, transformation-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end technical design, delivery and deployment of IT Platforms to ensure robustness and agility
- Define product portfolio platforms strategy, driving innovation and strategic vendor/hosting models
- Evaluate and deploy new technologies, automation, and DevOps/self-service methods in collaboration with IT Platform Service leads
- Lead monthly service reviews and strategic roadmap reviews with business stakeholders; drive service improvement plans as senior partner in IT Platforms
- Contribute to business cases for transformational projects, including cost, landscape, and delivery capabilities aligned with Global architecture standards
- Transform and optimise delivery models, leveraging teams, systems integrators, and offshore resources
- Drive IT capabilities and in-house competency centre development
- Ensure all platforms meet IT policy guidelines (SOX, IT controls, resilience, vulnerability management) and act as gatekeeper for changes impacting risk
Key requirements
- A degree in IT or Finance (strong academic background)
- Extensive knowledge and experience of SAP Finance modules; knowledge of AI capabilities applied to Finance or non-SAP Finance solutions
- SCRUM or Agile delivery experience (plus)
- Experience delivering ERP projects in an international environment
- Over 10 years of experience including management of large-scale, complex business transformation programmes across multiple countries
- Fluent English
