As a Delivery Lead in Accenture's SAP practice, you will shape and drive SAP Finance transformation programs for Retail and Grocery clients. You collaborate with senior finance leaders to define value, roadmaps, and business cases, and you lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions. You’ll harness SAP, AI capabilities, and partner add-ons to unlock efficiency and business value at scale. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and execution, offering high-impact, globally distributed engagements. You will be a trusted advisor, shaping assets, methodologies, and next-gen transformation experts.

Responsibilities

Engage with senior Finance executives to discuss business challenges and potential SAP value
Lead the definition of SAP journey roadmaps and business cases, including sales origination and proposals
Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP, custom apps, and partner add-ons
Explain SAP Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI adds value in Finance
Drive deployment of AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency
Advise, design, and deliver Finance solutions using best practices and embedded innovation
Lead large project teams (50-100+ people) and manage transformational roadmaps
Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations; act as trusted advisor to clients and Accenture leadership

Key requirements

Minimum 8 years delivering large SAP transformation programs in Finance and Retail (Grocery) with roadmap and business case experience
Minimum 8 years leading SAP transformation programs for Retail (Grocery) clients (not just support/managed services)
Minimum 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations including planning, estimation, and solution architecture
Experience managing large delivery teams (50-100 people) in a Global Delivery model
Prior Consulting/Advisory experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
