In this role you drive SAP-based Finance transformation programs for Life Sciences, partnering with clients to articulate value and craft roadmaps. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape end-to-end SAP Finance solutions, and translate business goals into actionable outcomes. You’ll showcase SAP AI capabilities to deliver measurable improvements and guide large projects from origination to execution. This role offers high-impact work across global client engagements in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Engage senior Finance executives to discuss business challenges and value of SAP solutions
Lead the definition of SAP transformation journeys, including business cases and roadmaps; support sales origination and client pitches
Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP, custom apps, and partner add-ons
Explain SAP Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI adds value
Deploy AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explain benefits
Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions using industry-best practices and embedded innovation
Lead large, global delivery teams to achieve transformational roadmaps
Build trust with clients, teams, and leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations
Be a thought leader, develop assets and best practices for future transformation experts
Travel as required by client needs

Key requirements

8+ years of delivery leadership for large SAP transformation programs in Finance and Life Sciences
8+ years of experience leading SAP transformations for Life Sciences clients (not SAP support/managed services)
4+ end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations including planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Finance and Life Sciences
Experience managing large delivery teams (50-100 people) in a Global Delivery model
Prior consulting/advisory experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 12 years of work experience)
