Senior Specialist / Project Manager

In this role, you will act as a trusted SAP FICO consultant, leading requirements, design, configuration and deployment of SAP FI solutions. You will partner with SAP users across the organization and with third-party systems, driving best-in-class financial solutions. You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery from analysis through testing and rollout, balancing hands-on work with stakeholder alignment. This position offers an opportunity to shape SAP capabilities within a global network and to drive impactful, scalable finance processes.

Responsibilities

Act as a business consultant for requirements gathering, configuration and solution design
Lead stakeholder engagement with SAP users and third parties
Own end-to-end delivery of SAP FI solutions, including configuration, testing and deployment
Act as a thought leader to SAP users to promote best-in-class solutions

Key requirements

Significant experience in SAP FI and its integration with SD, PS and MM (P2P, C2O & R2R)
Experience across all FI submodules: FI-GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Assets
3+ full lifecycle FI projects
Experience setting up interfaces from external systems (e.g., Salesforce, ADP, HFM)
Independent, end-to-end delivery capability
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication and knowledge sharing
