In this role you lead large-scale transformation programs in the Utilities sector, focusing on Energy Retail, Customer Operations, and Meter-to-Cash modernization. You will advise senior leaders, shape enterprise priorities, and drive digital transformation with measurable outcomes. You will build and scale high-performing teams and collaborate across Accenture’s ecosystem to deliver cross-functional, innovative solutions. This position offers exposure to leadership workshops, thought leadership, and opportunities to influence strategy and client value at scale. You will travel as needed to meet client needs and project demands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations, emphasizing digital transformation and operational performance.
  • Act as trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives, aligning initiatives with growth, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Define and drive market-leading offerings in Energy Retail and Customer Transformation with focus on customer experience and data/AI-enabled operations.
  • Originate and lead complex sales pursuits, shaping deals and developing compelling value propositions.
  • Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring quality, accountability, and financial performance.
  • Contribute as a thought leader in the Utilities industry through client workshops and IP development.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering leadership and inclusive culture.
  • Collaborate across Strategy, Industry X, Technology, and Song to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Travel as required (25%–100%) to meet business needs.

Key requirements

  • At least 12 years of Utilities sector experience with deep expertise in Energy Retail, Customer Operations, and Meter-to-Cash transformation.
  • Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs and SAP CIS implementations.
  • Strong track record as senior client advisor with executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in consulting with P&L management and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Expertise in digital transformation, customer experience, and data/AI-driven improvements.
  • Ability to originate and close new business, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling for executive audiences.
  • Experience leading and developing senior teams with inclusive, high-performance environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Associate degree with relevant experience acceptable.
