Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations, focusing on digital transformation and meter-to-cash optimization
- Act as trusted advisor to C-suite and senior utility executives to shape strategy and prioritize transformation initiatives
- Define market-leading offerings in Energy Retail and Customer Transformation, emphasizing customer experience, digital channels, and data/AI-enabled operations
- Originate and lead complex sales pursuits, shaping deals and creating compelling value propositions
- Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes and responsible for scope, timeline, and financial performance
- Contribute as a thought leader in the Utilities industry through client workshops and IP development aligned to trends and regulation
- Build and scale high-performing teams, mentoring senior talent and fostering an inclusive leadership culture
- Collaborate across Strategy, Industry X, Technology, Song to deliver integrated solutions and maximize client impact
Key requirements
- At least 12 years of Utilities sector experience with Energy Retail, Customer Operations, and Meter-to-Cash transformation
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and SAP CIS implementations
- Proven track record as a senior client advisor with relationships at executive level
- Strong consulting and commercial acumen, including P&L leadership and delivering measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in digital transformation, data, analytics, and AI for operational and customer improvements
- Ability to originate and close new business and drive revenue growth
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Experience building and developing senior teams with coaching and inclusive leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); Associate’s degree with 6 years may apply
