As SAP Enterprise Architect, you will shape Bruker’s global SAP architecture and drive the roll-out program across locations. You’ll align template standards with business needs and lead cross-functional teams through complex, international deployments. You’ll partner with governance bodies to ensure compliant, high-quality implementations and enable digital transformation across finance, procurement, and operations. This role offers strategic influence, global scope, and the opportunity to enable innovation at scale.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain global SAP architecture and process standards (SAP Template)
Oversee the SAP roll-out program: planning, steering, and monitoring worldwide
Align SAP Template roll-outs with business units and address requirements
Plan and organize roll-outs (timelines, resources, milestones, risk management)
Lead local and global project leads and roll-out teams
Report to Steering Committee (STCOM) on status, risks, and decisions
Ensure governance, compliance, and quality during roll-outs
Advise business units on process digitalization and SAP transformation
Evaluate and integrate new SAP technologies (S/4HANA, Cloud, Fiori)
Collaborate with BI group to support model development
Manage external consultants and service providers

Key requirements

University degree, ideally in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or Business Administration
At least 10 years of experience in SAP architecture and international rollout programs
Proven experience leading large, international SAP roll-outs
Strong understanding of R2R, Q2C, P2P, and PL2P processes
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP) and integration scenarios
Experience in stakeholder management and steering committees
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Experience in change management and leading international teams
English proficiency for Porto location; German for Ettlingen (additional)
High self-motivation, assertiveness, and intercultural competence
