As the global SAP Enterprise Architect, you will define and drive the SAP architecture strategy and lead the worldwide rollout of SAP templates. You coordinate rollouts with business units and guide project leads, ensuring governance and alignment with standards. You will advise on digitalization and SAP transformation while evaluating new SAP technologies. This role combines strategic architecture with hands-on program leadership in a cross-functional, international setting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain global SAP architecture and process standards (SAP Template)
Own the SAP rollout program: planning, steering, and monitoring worldwide
Align SAP Template rollouts with business units to meet requirements
Plan and organize roll-outs (timelines, resources, milestones, risk management)
Lead local and global project leads and rollout teams
Report to Steering Committee on status, risks, progress, decisions
Ensure governance, compliance, and quality during roll-outs
Advise on process digitalization and SAP transformation
Evaluate and integrate SAP technologies (S/4HANA, Cloud, Fiori)
Collaborate with BI group for input to BI models
Manage external consultants and service providers

Key requirements

10+ years of SAP architecture and implementation experience in international environments
Proven leadership of large, international SAP roll-out programs
Strong understanding of R2R, Q2C, P2P, and PL2P processes
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules FI/CO, SD, MM, PP and integration scenarios
Stakeholder management and steering committee experience
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Experience in change management and leading international teams
Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
High self-motivation, assertiveness, and intercultural competence
