In this role you will lead the rollout of the finance area within our SAP template to R&S subsidiaries and support the SAP S/4HANA go-live. You will drive data migration accuracy, analyze and optimize SAP processes, and train staff for a smooth transition. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a reliable ERP deployment and ongoing process improvements. The opportunity combines international scope with hands-on testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer, shaping our finance platform at scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead rollout of the SAP finance template to subsidiaries and potentially act as subproject manager
- Support the go-live and training for staff on SAP S/4HANA
- Own transactional data migration and ensure data correctness
- Analyze and optimize SAP FI/CO processes
- Test changes in the SAP ERP environment and maintain user documentation
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
- Professional experience in SAP project and test management
- Strong understanding of financial processes
- Substantial SAP knowledge (FI, CO); S/4HANA experience beneficial
- Good project management and system analytics skills; IT training experience
- Strong communication, self-confidence, and travel willingness (up to 20%)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- US residency with valid work authorization
