Experteer Overview
As Salesforce Director you will define and execute the growth strategy for the Salesforce practice, leading its development and supporting expansion in Italy. You will report to the CEO and oversee a team around 15 professionals, primarily based in Rome, while being based in Milan. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Delivery to maximize cross-sell opportunities and uphold best-practice delivery and AMS standards. This role drives strategic growth with a strong commercial edge in a fast-evolving Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Strategic & Business Development: design and execute initiatives to strengthen Salesforce positioning, win new enterprise clients, and expand existing accounts
- Practice Development: recruit, certify, and develop the Salesforce team
- Leadership & People Management: guide a ~15-person team, driving performance and efficiency
- Cross-functional Collaboration: work with Sales, Marketing and Delivery to optimize go-to-market and cross-selling
- Quality & Standards: implement best practices in project delivery and AMS services
Key requirements
- Solid consulting experience, ideally in business integration
- Proven track record in Salesforce-driven growth initiatives with strong commercial orientation
- Significant exposure to manufacturing and retail clients
- Strong leadership, strategic vision and ability to guide high-performing teams
- Master’s degree, fluent English, executive presence
- Availability for frequent national travel
