As Salesforce & Systems Architect at ShopMy, you own the design of the systems of record for our commercial organization, guiding acquisition, retention, and expansion of ecosystem participants. You’ll translate ambiguous requirements into scalable architecture in collaboration with RevOps and cross-functional partners, shaping systems that scale with the business. You’ll connect Salesforce with the broader stack to create a coherent, auditable platform. This role offers high impact in a fast-growing unicorn environment at the intersection of technology and culture.

Responsibilities

Design and own Salesforce architecture across the full commercial lifecycle (acquisition, retention, expansion) for all ecosystem participants
Architect scalable solutions for partner management, forecasting, territory mapping and allocation, pipeline reporting, and lead management
Make build-vs-configure and declarative-vs-code decisions with a bias toward maintainable design
Own system design and integration of Gong, Stripe, Ironclad, Netsuite, and Snowflake as a unified architecture
Lead data migration and platform integration ensuring data integrity across systems
Maintain and rationalize adjacent business systems (e.g., Clay)
Establish controls, documentation, and governance to ensure auditable, durable systems
Engage with RevOps and business partners to ground architecture in real requirements and processes
Bring clarity and creative solutions to ambiguous, undefined problems

Key requirements

5+ years architecting and administering Salesforce in high-growth GTM environments
Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification; Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or Architect-track certifications are a plus
Deep command of Salesforce architecture and its scaling limitations
End-to-end experience implementing and maintaining QTC / CPQ solutions
Led data migrations and Salesforce integrations with financial/commercial systems (Stripe and similar)
Fluent in modern automation and AI-assisted workflows with a point of view on their place in a commercial stack
SQL skills and comfort with data warehouses
Track record of scaling Salesforce implementations that withstand business growth
