Join papernest to architect and lead a high-performing sales organization across Iberia. You will recruit, train, and manage Inside Sales and Account Managers, drive inbound and outbound partner growth, and set clear OKRs with leadership. You’ll incubate new verticals and shape strategies to boost commercial efficiency, scale teams, and deliver revenue growth in a cross-cultural, international context. This role offers meaningful impact by advancing a mission to streamline contract subscriptions for millions of users.

Responsibilities
- Build an efficient Sales organization with ownership and accountability
- Recruit, train, and manage Inside Sales and Account Managers for partner acquisition, growth, and retention
- Assess performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Incubate new business verticals and provide feedback to new hire managers
- Collaborate with leadership to define OKRs and sales goals
- Provide hands-on mentorship to meet monthly targets and supervise onboarding
- Lead strategic coaching, planning, and forecasting for the sales team
- Exceed monthly sales targets and drive revenue-generating activities
Key requirements
- 3-4 years of sales experience
- 1-2 years of prior team management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end a large team and lead sales initiatives
- Results-oriented with a track record in sales cycles
- International experience with fluency in Spanish and English
- Ideally knowledge of Spanish real estate and/or banking sectors
