As Sales RVP for national medical sales you will lead membership growth and retention for large accounts in California. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive medical, wellness, and specialty product sales and participate in executive engagements. Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to grow membership and achieve financial targets
Build and nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive sales activities
Lead finalist presentations and executive engagements for new business and strategic accounts
Travel to client sites and other locations (50-70%) to manage large national accounts
Direct sales and retention strategy for 2,500+ eligible or enrolled subscribers

Key requirements

BA/BS with at least 10 years of leadership experience or equivalent
Must obtain and maintain required Department of Insurance licenses and carrier appointments in applicable states
Experience in health insurance sales in local/national markets preferred
Ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders and influence decision-making
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, MS Teams and Salesforce preferred
