In this role you will drive revenue growth for WPHL and its digital portfolio by crafting strategic, cross-platform marketing solutions. You will partner with sales leadership to develop plans that align with client goals and deliver measurable results across broadcast and digital channels. You will lead compelling sponsorships and integrated campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities
- Develop strategic account plans to drive long-term growth and pursue new opportunities
- Support revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of sales targets
- Create sponsorships, proposals, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Collaborate on client presentations and participate in key sales meetings
- Assist in pricing strategies and customized commercial pitches
- Lead cross-functional campaigns with Sales, Creative, News, Product, Analytics, and Operations
- Execute cross-platform opportunities across broadcast and digital channels
- Conduct market research and contribute to station-wide advertising strategies
