As Sales Manager for the PCC market in the USA, you drive growth by expanding OEM/EPC and end-customer relationships. You will align the product portfolio with US market needs, craft value-based solutions, and lead cross-functional collaboration to hit revenue and margin targets. This role blends strategic account management with hands-on sales execution, backed by KSB’s global manufacturing and service network. You’ll influence market strategy and help shape the PCC business trajectory.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales goals and forecast updates
Develop top-quality customers and key accounts
Lead with inside sales support to hit order intake, sales, and gross margin
Grow OEM direct sales with corporate clients, key accounts and resellers
Manage opportunities at all sales cycle stages
Draft specifications to differentiate KSB products
Maintain accuracy of the proposal log
Review and negotiate Terms and Conditions per guidelines
Coordinate with stakeholders to align portfolio with USA market (features, specs, pricing, lead times)
Assist with additional assignments to support business goals

Effective verbal communication in one-on-one and group settings
Strong written expression and clear documentation

Active learning and proactive problem solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe
Engineering related degree (Mechanical preferred) and/or 5-7 years of technical sales in pumps/machinery
Business degree and administrative certification preferred
Drug screening and background checks required
