Responsibilities

Guide families from interest to move-in, serving as the boots-on-the-ground contact
Generate and nurture referral leads from medical, financial, legal professionals, religious leaders, and local organizations
Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy targets

Key requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
Valid driver’s license
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
Senior Living experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation
