Responsibilities

  • Create innovative, customized solutions delivering client and company value
  • Track market trends and implement growth strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
  • Identify opportunities and translate needs into strategic proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-focused solutions
  • Use financial/economic analysis to assess sales opportunities
  • Establish long-term partnerships and act as trusted advisor in energy storage
  • Report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Leverage market insights and technical knowledge to enhance commercial opportunities
  • Meet commercial targets while maintaining a high-quality image
  • Collaborate within an international, results-driven sales team

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Technical Business Administration
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in energy, infrastructure, or telecommunications
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; German and/or French a plus
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving targets
  • Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative with flexibility and enthusiasm
  • Proven success selling complex technical projects
  • Strategic and creative thinker with excellent negotiation and relationship skills
  • Willing to travel up to 25% and hold a valid driving license B
