Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing client relationships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline via networking, prospecting, and relationship development
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges and position solutions
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product management, legal, and operations throughout the sales cycle
  • Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and participate in RFI/RFP processes
  • Negotiate contract terms and close complex sales transactions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting in CRM systems
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory developments to identify opportunities
  • Travel to client locations and represent the company at events

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; graduate degree strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience with quota attainment
  • Extensive experience in financial markets focusing on operations, technology solutions, or related areas
  • Strong consultative selling skills for multi-stakeholder processes
  • Experience with financial services clients (asset managers, banks, institutional investors)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior-level presentations
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partnerships
