Senior Specialist / Project Manager

In this role, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new business and expanding strategic accounts within assigned segments. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to tailor data, technology, and analytics solutions for financial institutions, corporates, and asset managers. You’ll lead consultative conversations, present capabilities to senior executives, and manage complex deals from qualification to close. Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through new business development and strategic account expansion
- Develop territory strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospects through multiple channels
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to diagnose client needs and tailor solutions
- Present product capabilities via presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to senior executives
- Build relationships with decision-makers across target segments
- Collaborate with Product Specialists, Marketing, Client Services, and Account Management
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and close complex deals
- Maintain pipeline, forecast, and activity tracking in CRM (Salesforce)
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities and inform strategy
- Participate in events and client engagements to expand market presence
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3-10+ years of proven sales experience with quota success
- Strong background in financial services selling data, technology, or analytics solutions
- Consultative sales and solution selling expertise
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and C-levels
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and enablement tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft)
- Strong business acumen to translate client workflows into solutions
