Responsibilities
- Drive external business development and networking to generate leads
- Engage with prospective residents and families as the first point of contact
- Build trust and represent the community's vision and hospitality culture in the local market
- Support occupancy and revenue goals through relationship-building and customer experience
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate meaningful experiences for residents and families
- Identify and pursue community outreach opportunities to raise visibility of Brightview North Andover
Key requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- Previous healthcare/senior living sales experience
- Ability to perform community outreach and generate leads
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Strong customer orientation toward older adults
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
