Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership to a cross-functional Sales and Solution Building team aligned with company objectives
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for complex machinery across regions
Drive customer satisfaction through high service standards and offerings
Optimize sales processes for efficiency in the EMEA region
Promote cross-team collaboration for a unified approach to objectives
Manage travel to ensure presence across diverse market areas
Define targets and KPIs to foster a results-driven culture
Evaluate initiatives to broaden market reach and improve customer engagement
Contribute to global strategy by aligning EMEA objectives with overall business goals

Key requirements

15+ years of experience in selling complex machinery
10+ years in leadership roles
Packaging industry experience preferred
Proven track record managing diverse, multicultural teams in an international matrix
Strong commercial skills and detail-oriented market opportunity identification
Fluent in Dutch or German and English; French proficiency advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial engineering preferred
