Responsibilities
- Oversee branch P&L and overall profitability
- Manage the local sales organization within the assigned territory
- Maintain branch morale and customer satisfaction (internal and external)
- Communicate and implement corporate directives at branch level
- Provide leadership toward organizational philosophy, strategy, and annual goals
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and integrity in leadership
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance within the branch
- Ensure pricing consistency and manage discount approvals within guidelines
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 12 years of related experience
- Progressive responsibility in sales, industry and marketing
- Extensive knowledge of Canon products and competitors
