You’ll own turbine selections, pricing, and contract terms while maintaining strong relationships and accurate CRM data. The position supports market development activities and travels nationally. This role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, and operations to accelerate the energy transition.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and understand their project needs
Provide commercial and technical support to shape customer plans
Position GE Vernova wind products and services in projects
Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities within accounts and territories
Communicate customer expectations to the Renewables team
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Service, and PM to use resources effectively
Own turbine selections, orders, pricing, profitability, risk management, contract terms, and customer satisfaction
Maintain CRM data accuracy, manage Inquiry-to-Order process, and support market development activities

Key requirements

Degree in Engineering or technical discipline with applicable industry experience
Solid understanding of wind power markets and customer financial drivers
Minimum of 5-7 years in sales or business development in wind power
Strong communication skills and executive-level presentation ability
Interpersonal, teamwork, and negotiation skills; able to work with varied stakeholders
Willingness to travel up to 30-40% (primarily national)
Self-starter with high energy and the ability to energize others
Fluency in German and English
