In this role you drive growth in our San Diego market by managing and expanding existing accounts while actively pursuing new business. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions using Uline’s extensive product range, and you’ll engage customers on-site to build lasting relationships. You’ll participate in comprehensive training and mentorship to accelerate your impact. This is a hands-on, territory-facing role with meaningful scope to shape customer success and revenue.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing accounts and prospect for new business
- Plan on Mondays and conduct on-site customer visits Tuesday–Friday
- Deliver tailored solutions using 43,000 products
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years sales experience preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
