In this role you drive outside sales and business development for H&R targets in the New England region, acting as the sole SAM in the area. You’ll work to meet local sales, profitability, and cash flow goals while expanding opportunities across residential, hospitality, and country club segments. You’ll generate leads, maintain relationships, and provide market feedback to shape strategy. Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
- Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities, and update CRM
- Maintain and develop existing relationships; identify new opportunities
- Ensure revenue targets, profitability, and cash flow objectives are met
- Provide market feedback on segment trends and customer needs
- Increase customer satisfaction and repeat business
Key requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role
- Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
- Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
- Solid experience with sales CRM software
- Result-driven and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
- Bachelor in Business Administration or relevant field
