In this role you will supervise a team handling secured transportation operations, ensuring adherence to policies and efficient routing. You will partner with the Branch Manager to align daily activities with security and service goals. You will improve route productivity, maintain branch security, and coach staff to meet performance targets. This position offers hands-on leadership in a safety‑critical environment with opportunities to influence security outcomes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Supervise secured transportation employees and ensure policy compliance
Coordinate and schedule Armored and ATM routes to meet customer requirements
Assign vehicles to routes and liaise with vehicle services
Report daily billing and route productivity; assist with payroll and incident reporting
Maintain branch security during operations; enforce security procedures
Proactively reduce risk and security losses; support workers' compensation cost reduction
Assist with training and onboarding of new employees
Monitor branch cleanliness and report rule violations
Fill in on routes when needed; travel for temporary assignments
Perform other duties as assigned

Key requirements

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in transportation or logistics
High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
Armed position with required permits/licenses to carry a sidearm
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Clear oral and written communication with customers, colleagues, and supervisors
Ability to obtain/state guard licensing as required
