In this role you will design and govern data architecture across the RLT Supply Chain domains, enabling analytics and AI to drive better forecasting, planning, and lifecycle visibility. You will align data frameworks with regulatory and business needs, supporting cross-functional collaboration and transformation initiatives. You’ll build scalable foundations to improve traceability, decision-making, and efficiency across planning, logistics, PLM, and artwork. This is a chance to shape data-driven supply chain excellence at scale.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain the overarching data architecture for RLT Supply Chain domains
Define governance models ensuring data integrity, ownership, and lifecycle traceability
Establish scalable data frameworks to support growth and regulatory requirements
Lead data structure integration for cross-functional coordination
Support transformation programs by aligning architectural decisions with strategic priorities
Enable adoption of advanced analytics by laying foundations for ML and AI
Monitor data and systems performance and drive improvements
Contribute to digital enablers that enhance visibility and efficiency across data and systems
Support evolution of the organizational model to support transformation initiatives
Anchor technology factors in business decisions and align with stakeholder needs

Key requirements

Degree in supply chain management, Data Governance, Business Process Management, or a related field
Solid experience in data governance, process integration or cross-functional coordination within a regulated environment
Proven ability to lead transversal initiatives across planning, lifecycle management and operational domain
Experience in supporting transformation programs and organizational evolution
Proven people management skills
Fluent in English
