As RF Lead Engineer you will drive RF subsystem design from architecture to production hardware in a fast-growing semiconductor environment. You will work closely with architecture, systems, and broader engineering teams to deliver high-performance RF solutions. This hands-on, leadership-focused role covers design, validation, and team development, ensuring RF performance meets technical and commercial goals. You will translate system requirements into practical RF designs and lead debugging and validation activities. This is an opportunity to shape next-generation wireless front-end architectures and see your work deployed in real devices.

Responsibilities
- Lead RF design activities aligned to system-level requirements
- Own RF subsystem performance, implementation, and delivery
- Drive design reviews and provide technical sign-off
- Design and simulate RF circuits (LNAs, PAs, filters, duplexers)
- Translate architectural requirements into detailed RF designs
- Optimize RF performance within system constraints
- Define and execute RF test and validation plans
- Analyze measurements (S-parameters, NF, EVM, ACPR, phase noise, linearity)
- Lead debugging and root-cause analysis of RF issues
- Mentor and support RF engineers within the team
- Promote strong engineering practices and documentation standards
- Collaborate with system architects and multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to technical decision-making, planning, and risk management
- Support manufacturing and production test activities
Key requirements
- Degree in RF Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or similar
- Strong hands-on RF design experience across relevant frequency ranges
- Proven track record delivering RF projects at a senior/lead level
- Solid understanding of RF theory and real-world implementation
- Experience with tools such as ADS, AWR, CST, HFSS
- Confident using RF lab equipment (VNA, spectrum analyser, signal generator, etc.)
