In this role you deliver safe, high-quality respiratory care and education to patients and families. You’ll work with the healthcare team to implement care plans and clinical pathways that guide patient delivery. Expect collaboration, ongoing performance improvement feedback, and a focus on impactful acute-care respiratory services in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure cohesive patient care
Provide respiratory care across MST, ICU and ER settings
Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment plans
Contribute to performance improvement through feedback and data-driven insights
Implement clinical pathways and care plans to standardize care delivery

Key requirements

CA RCP license
Current Healthcare Provider BLS
Current ACLS
Current PALS and NRP within 90 days of hire
Graduate from an AMA-accredited School of Respiratory Therapy or equivalent
RRT preferred
Minimum of one year acute care experience in Respiratory Services or related care (preferred)
