As a Clinical Development Scientist, you will support the clinical development process to advance ingredient research and product development. You work with cross-functional teams to design studies, manage trials, and interpret results for patents or publications. You ensure data integrity and compliance with GCP while translating technical insights into actionable plans. This role offers exposure to project leadership, scientific communication, and opportunities to contribute to product innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clinical development and project leaders to design and execute studies
Plan and manage multiple clinical trials/studies with guidance, providing scientific support
Prepare and ship site documents, and communicate with trial sites
Assess protocol compliance by Investigator sites or contract facilities
Verify study data using data management tools to ensure quality
Facilitate site recruitment, training, initiation, in-life and close-out activities
Coordinate with R&D and commercial teams across project phases
Research novel ingredients for product innovation
Conduct statistical analysis and produce tables/graphics for study reports
Prepare scientific publications as needed
Attend scientific conferences and travel up to 10% as required

Key requirements

Clinical study experience
Strong scientific writing ability
Understanding of GCP guidelines
