Responsibilities

Collaborate with research teams to architect, simulate, and implement trading algorithms for global markets
Design and optimize simulation software frameworks for large-scale distributed computation
Build and maintain scalable systems for acquisition, storage, and visualization of massive datasets
Develop user interfaces and platforms for data exploration and post-trade analysis
Streamline transition of strategies from prototype to production
Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure and capabilities

Key requirements

Bachelor–level degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a rigorous quantitative field
Advanced software development in modern C++ and Python
Deep understanding of computer architecture, OS, memory management, and networking
Mastery of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithmic efficiency
Proven experience developing multithreaded applications
Strong foundations in quantitative finance and related math
Ability to write clean, maintainable, efficient code in a fast-moving environment
