Experteer Overview
In this role, you support data-driven decision-making within the Reports & Insights Team by turning business requirements into dashboards and analytical solutions. You’ll develop and maintain queries, dashboards, and basic automation, while ensuring data quality and governance. You’ll surface operational performance insights to enable action across Trust & Safety operations. This position offers opportunities to shape analytics practices and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, and basic automation workflows
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and business impact
- Build and maintain dashboards that surface performance metrics and insights
- Assist with data validation, quality checks, and governance activities
- Document datasets, metric definitions, reporting logic, and technical documentation
- Continuously learn new analytics tools and best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and processes through data
Key requirements
- 1+ year of experience in data analytics, reporting, BI or related field
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Working knowledge of Python, Excel, or another scripting language
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Strong analytical problem solving and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong communication skills to explain findings to technical and non-technical audiences
