In this role you will lead the development and global deployment of new repairs and tooling for GE Vernova’s onshore wind services. You will drive lean improvements and cross-functional collaboration to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You’ll manage validations, training, and deployment programs, ensuring tools and repair processes are scalable worldwide. This is an impact role at the intersection of engineering, project management, and operations, shaping how we deploy core capabilities across regions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate between Global Services & Projects and Wind Engineering for tool and repair process development and deployment
Lead global validations and beta testing of tooling/processes with cross-functional teams and ensure timely trials
Drive action plans post-validation and implement continuous improvements based on feedback to meet CTQs
Establish global training requirements and curricula for new tools/repair products and conduct global training sessions
Oversee end-to-end deployment including cost/benefit, procurement, logistics, maintenance/spare parts, and region-specific operation strategies
Provide technical direction and remote/on-site support to resolve issues safely and with quality
Lead lean initiatives and PSR/Kaizen activities to develop and deploy new standards for SQDC improvements
Develop and deploy new repair processes/solutions globally

Key requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years field experience)
Willingness to travel ~50% including international travel
Experience in installation or repair field engineering
Strong problem-solving, documentation, planning, and execution skills
Proven project management and cross-functional coordination abilities
Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders
Lean, Six Sigma certification or equivalent quality certification (preferred)
Experience with repair/installation engineering and program development
