Responsibilities
- Evaluate and pursue BoB sale or merger opportunities for attorneys
- Collaborate within a national platform to support cross‑state practice and mentorship
- Provide or participate in meaningful trial exposure and litigation opportunities
- Engage with clients from startups to Fortune 500s to deliver full‑service representation
Key requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of legal practice experience
- Experience in litigation and negotiation
- Existing book of business or client relationships preferred
