In this role you drive growth as the Remote Account Director for a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS startup. You will partner with Enterprise AEs and CS teams to identify and close expansion opportunities, building a scalable SaaS channel sales motion from the ground up. You will shape how we expand with large enterprise clients and contribute to our remote-first culture. This is a high-impact role with ownership of strategic growth in a rapidly evolving security product with marquee customers.

Responsibilities

Build and own the expansion-focused sales motion from 0 to 1 for SaaS offerings
Collaborate with Enterprise AEs and CS managers to identify and close expansion deals
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive opportunities and ensure successful post-sale expansion
Be the first expansion hire and establish processes to scale channel and enterprise sales
Contribute to strategic planning for growth in a security SaaS environment

Key requirements

Experience with SaaS expansion sales and channel sales
Experience in cyber security sales is a plus
Ability to work with multiple sales roles (AEs, SEs, SDRs, CSMs) to identify expansion opportunities
Remote work readiness and cross-functional collaboration skills
Track record of closing expansion deals and driving revenue growth
