Responsibilities

Identify and develop profitable client relationships through proactive business development
Understand client financial needs and deliver effective solutions while maintaining credit quality
Coordinate with other CNB departments and product specialists to structure and close transactions
Prepare Relationship Plans and calling schedules; solicit referrals across internal and external networks
Call on clients to promote Bank products/services and expand total client banking relationships
Monitor portfolio profitability, risk, and policy adherence; generate management reports
Assist branches on calls when needed and participate in external community/business activities
Resolve client issues and ensure seamless service across product areas

Key requirements

Minimum 10 years of banking experience
Minimum 8 years of commercial lending experience
Minimum 5 years of credit experience

Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication Problem solving and analytical thinking Ability to build trust and manage client relationships Working knowledge of Bank operations and regulatory compliance General knowledge of Bank products and services Credit analysis and risk judgment
