You help maintain equipment, document treatment, and coordinate scheduling and communications across departments. Responsibilities

Follow infection control policies and keep equipment clean and logs up to date
Operate and maintain rehab equipment safely and perform monthly maintenance
Support therapists by communicating patient status changes and preparing for care
Interact professionally with patients and families and involve them in the care plan as directed
Manage documentation of treatment and ensure accurate record-keeping
Schedule and reschedule patient visits and handle administrative tasks like consents and demographics
Process payments and updates related to billing and insurance information
Coordinate with other departments for interdisciplinary patient care
Handle inventory and documents related to authorization and Plan of Care
Provide information to patients and guests and assist with inquiries
