As Director of Data Center Operations Strategy you will shape the regional DC ops vision to enable growth and reliability. You will partner with CO+I stakeholders to establish governance and best-practice standards across the portfolio. You’ll drive workforce optimization, analytics for process improvements, and benchmarking to raise service delivery. This role puts you at the heart of operational excellence in a high‑scale, mission-critical environment. You will engage cross‑functionally to sustain change and deliver impact.
Responsibilities
- Define regional data center operations strategy and implementation plan for growth and capacity
- Collaborate with EG partners to standardize across the service portfolio
- Coordinate with field operations leaders to ensure flawless service delivery
- Formalize a workforce optimization program to enhance delivery capabilities
- Establish data analytics to measure process change efficiency
- Drive service delivery excellence through industry benchmarking
- Engage stakeholders and maintain governance and communications throughout programs
Key requirements
- 10+ years in data center, network, and infrastructure operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Experience creating roadmaps for data center efficiencies and delivering to roadmap capabilities
- Proven leadership in managing diverse teams and influencing across functions
- Ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and work under pressure
