In this role you shape the regional sector strategy and agenda in collaboration with key stakeholders, driving growth for MNC customers. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth, manage sector performance, and influence regional initiatives aligned with the division’s objectives. You’ll engage with global sector leadership and customers to implement innovative solutions and secure ROI. This is a strategic, leadership-heavy role at the intersection of business development, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities
- Drive regional sector volume growth and GP against budget for MNC customers
- Oversee performance of all MNC customers in the region
- Lead and develop sector teams including GCMs, RCMs, and country sales teams
- Collaborate with global sector leadership, regional M&S, product teams and other functions to achieve profitable growth
- Define, own and communicate sector strategy aligned to the division
- Build and nurture a sector community across BU and with other BUs
- Drive divisional initiatives and support ROI-focused network investments
- Monitor industry intelligence and competitor activity and adapt strategy accordingly
- Define sector marketing plan, tailor for channels and sub-sectors, determine research priorities
- Identify sector trends and drive innovative solutions with stakeholders
- Benchmark value proposition against execution and customer expectations, steering sector innovation
- Guide RFQ processes and manage sector bid calendar with stakeholders
- Provide input to annual budget and monitor performance against budget
- Provide regional sales collateral and support customer-facing sector activities
- Support global and regional customer events and drive senior customer engagement
- Develop long-term plans for organization and talent to execute strategies
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years in the logistics industry
- 5+ years in sector knowledge
- Experience leading multiple teams and regional cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to drive business development, sales activities and budget management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proven track record in customer engagement with MNCs
