In this role you will shape the regional sector strategy for Life Science and Healthcare, collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to drive profitable growth. You will own the sector growth plan, oversee MNC customer performance, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver superior account management and business development. You’ll monitor market intelligence, steer sector marketing and innovation, and guide RFQ processes and budget performance. This is a strategic leadership position that connects regional execution with global sector objectives, enabling meaningful impact across the BU and the broader organization.

Responsibilities

Drive regional sector volume growth and GP against budget for MNC customers
Oversee performance of all MNC customers within the region
Lead and develop regional teams of MNC GCMs and RCMs; manage succession planning and coaching
Collaborate with global sector leadership, M&S management, product teams, and other functions to deliver profitable growth
Define and communicate sector strategy aligned with company objectives
Foster sector knowledge sharing across BU and external stakeholders
Drive sector initiatives and ROI-aligned network investments
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and adjust strategy
Define sector marketing plan and research priorities; tailor plans for different sales channels
Guide RFQ process, manage sector bid calendar, and communicate with stakeholders
Provide input to annual budget and monitor performance; develop regional sales collateral
Support global and regional customer events and drive senior customer engagement
Develop long-term plans for organizational and talent optimization

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree
More than 10 years in logistics industry
More than 5 years in sector knowledge
