As Regional Sales Manager, you drive growth by building and expanding customer relationships across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will collaborate with engineering and field service teams to tailor value-based packaging solutions and achieve sales targets. Your role blends strategic planning, proactive prospecting, and hands-on deal execution in a dynamic, global packaging environment. This position offers significant travel and the chance to shape customer outcomes through technical insight and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing accounts across engineering, operations, purchasing, and management
- Develop sales strategies and identify opportunities to present value-based solutions to end users
- Leverage sales and marketing tools for presentations, calls, cold outreach, and prospecting
- Create an efficient territory plan with regular customer visits and prospecting
- Serve as a liaison between customers and engineering to craft innovative, value-focused project solutions
- Ensure accurate collection of project details for engineering evaluation and quotes
- Coordinate with project management to ensure smooth order handoffs between sales and operations
- Maintain high ethics and integrity in all dealings
- Meet or exceed sales forecasts and quotas
- Document opportunities, companies, contacts, and interactions in the CRM (Sales Force)
- Travel 60-70% to meet customers and industry events
- reside near a major international airport (Florida, Georgia, or Texas preferred)
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Bi-lingual in Spanish required; Portuguese a plus
- Proven track record in capital equipment sales within packaging
- Strong technical aptitude to understand complex machinery specifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Results-driven with a focus on customer service and exceeding targets
- Proficient in CRM systems
- Experience with developing reps/agent networks or distributors
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and events
