Responsibilities

Develop and implement a Western Europe sales strategy aligned with business objectives
Manage customer relationships with key accounts, dealers, and partners to boost satisfaction and loyalty
Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and channels; coordinate with product teams to meet market needs
Produce accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports; leverage data analytics to optimize processes
Plan and monitor the regional sales budget and control expenses
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations across sales activities, coordinating with legal/compliance teams
