In this role you drive regional growth for Hydro-Thermal’s direct steam injection technology. You’ll develop and execute a regional sales plan, expand the customer base, and support channel partners while pursuing strategic opportunities. You’ll work cross-functionally to position DSI in target industries and accelerate market penetration. This is a growth‑oriented, collaborative role that values technical competence, customer advocacy, and integrity. You’ll be a catalyst for revenue and market development in a multi-state territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a regional sales plan to meet or exceed financial goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with channel partners to create annual marketing plans and review progress quarterly
  • Increase market mindshare by prioritizing DSI presentations to partners
  • Manage leads and dispositions in SalesLogix; ensure proper documentation
  • Evaluate and onboard channel partners to expand coverage in niche markets or new geographies
  • Lead joint sales calls and conduct product-focused lunch-and-learn sessions to build market capability

Key requirements

  • Between 7–10 years of experience managing a comprehensive sales process for technical engineered products and capital equipment
  • Proven track record of increasing annual sales quotas across multi-state regions
  • Sales management experience with channel partners (manufacturers' reps, distributors) and with OEMs/national accounts
  • Proficiency with PC and Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and SalesLogix (CRM)
  • Travel up to ~50% within the territory (TX, OK, AR, LA, NM) and residency in the territory
  • Legal work authorization in the US, valid driver's license, and valid passport
  • Bachelor in Business Administration or Mechanical/Chemical Engineering (as stated)
