In this role you drive the EP portfolio in the Andalucía region, leading a regional team to achieve sales targets while aligning with corporate strategy. You will partner with marketing, KOLs, and cross-functional teams to shape local go-to-market efforts and improve patient access. You’ll coach Account Managers and Field Clinical Specialists, ensuring high performance and ethical, compliant field activity. This position offers international exposure and a dynamic leadership opportunity within a pioneering division.

Responsibilities
- Develop regional sales strategy aligned with national goals
- Lead and coach the EP sales team (AMs and FCSs) with focus on execution and results
- Conduct QBRs to review performance and define corrective actions
- Optimize territory planning and resource allocation based on local market dynamics
- Collaborate with Marketing to expand coverage and strengthen value proposition
- Coordinate with CRM RSM to ensure cross-franchise synergies
- Support KAM in strategic accounts with unified messaging
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders to integrate clinical, commercial, and operational inputs
- Monitor healthcare trends, policies, and competitor activity to adapt strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, major accounts, and key decision-makers
- Develop bundled value-added commercial solutions meeting clinical and economic needs
- Ensure full adoption of Salesforce CRM for tracking opportunities and intelligence
- Promote quality and regulatory compliance across activities
Key requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a sales management role in medical technology or healthcare
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Deep understanding of MedTech, capital equipment sales, and regional healthcare systems
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive performance
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Customer-oriented with strong relationship building
- Strong collaboration and communication and cross-functional skills
