In this role you will drive regional revenue growth for BISSELL Commercial across the Western US by coordinating with distributors and large end users. You will lead strategic growth in key verticals, shape end-user programs, and support the expansion of eCommerce and direct-to-end-user channels. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance to implement market initiatives and ensure profitable execution. This position offers a hands-on path to influence channel strategy and partner relationships at scale in a dynamic commercial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own regional revenue and profitability targets and develop growth plans
  • Strategize and execute growth across Janitorial, Hospitality, MRO, and Healthcare verticals
  • Provide guidance to distributor and manufacturer partner networks to accelerate regional growth
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new end-user accounts with pilots and long-term relationships
  • Leverage distributor partners to drive revenue and new business development
  • Generate leads via distributor events, trade shows, and regional meetings; lead product demonstrations and pilots
  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline with distributors and NAMs; negotiate favorable terms
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and align demand planning with distribution partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, supply chain, and finance
  • Travel approximately 75% and support miscellaneous duties as assigned

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
  • 7–10 years of progressive sales experience with distribution partners and strategic account planning
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and manage complex negotiations
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to understand customers' business needs
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs and web-based CRM tools
  • Ability to function as a field manager coordinating across departments and external resources
