In this role you will lead and develop the enterprise sales team to drive revenue growth. You will manage a sustainable pipeline and collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute GTM plans for assigned territories. You will monitor market and competitor dynamics to inform strategy and forecasting. This position offers the chance to shape sales processes and contribute to Dynatrace’s leadership in observability and security at scale.

Responsibilities
- Develop the sales team through ongoing feedback, coaching, and best practices
- Cultivate a sustainable product sales pipeline to meet forecasted revenue targets
- Monitor and provide feedback on competitor products and industry needs
- Manage pipeline and forecast cadence using Clari and Salesforce
- Create GTM plans for assigned territories
- Partner with cross-functional leads (Marketing, Pre-Sales, Partner Sales, AE, Regional Directors, Customer Success)
Key requirements
- HS diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of experience closing large enterprise software sales
- Proven success generating revenue through new logo wins
- Experience with MEDDIC and consultative selling methodologies
- History of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Comfort with managing revenue and performance goals
