In this role, you will lead a regional sales team to drive top-line growth and improve margins within your territory. You’ll own regional P&L, set strategic direction, and align with ASP objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support launches and initiatives. You’ll focus on key IDN accounts, forecast revenue, and ensure data integrity in reporting systems. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape regional strategy, develop talent, and advance patient care through innovative sterilization solutions.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quotas for Capital & Consumables in the region
- Forecast topline revenue and profitability for the region
- Define regional business plan aligned with ASP strategy and customer priorities
- Develop short- and long-term financial projections and KPI management
- Ensure integrity of SFDC data for executive reporting
- Create a regional IDN growth strategy and win-back of share
- Lead regional account planning and pursue value-generating opportunities
- Allocate resources to meet objectives and leverage team strengths
- Coach and develop team on using FBS to address business challenges
- Lead sales training initiatives and onboard new team members
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to support strategic initiatives
- Influence stakeholders to meet customer needs in line with ASP priorities
- Set tone for the team in accordance with business conduct policies
- Promote safety culture and recognize safe performance
Key requirements
- 8 years healthcare sales, marketing, or relevant commercial experience
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
- Track record of driving results through others and launching products
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans with strong business acumen
- Experience leading complex contract negotiations
- Understanding of the assigned regional market and customers
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
- Must live in or relocate within the region
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
